MOONTARA 20-HR RESTORATIVE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
The Moontara 20-Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is a focused immersion into teaching restorative yoga with integrity and compassion. It is the disciplined art of holding space for a true nervous system shift, guiding students from activation into regulation with clarity, skill, and steadiness.
This training is delivered through a blended format, combining a pre-recorded lecture component with an in-person weekend practicum. The lecture portion is completed in advance, allowing our time together to focus on hands-on application, teaching skills, and practical integration.
This is not a passive weekend of propping and playlists. It is a structured study of nervous system regulation, intelligent prop mastery, traditional restorative principles, and the discipline required to hold space well.
Restorative yoga, when taught properly, is one of the most powerful modalities in modern yoga spaces. It supports recovery, resilience, hormonal balance, and sustainable longevity. But it requires more than placing someone over bolsters. It demands discernment, anatomical understanding, patience, and leadership.
This training equips you to confidently design and lead restorative classes, workshops, and private sessions that are structured, safe, and deeply effective.
