REIKI

Pronunciation: “Ray Key”

Rei = spiritual/universal | Ki = life force energy

Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that channels universal life force energy to promote balance, relaxation, and healing in the mind, body, and spirit. “Rei” refers to the spiritual or universal aspect of life energy, while “Ki” is the vital life force energy that flows through all living things.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Reiki is based on the understanding that life force energy flows through our bodies, much like blood through veins or electricity through wires. When this energy flows freely and uninterrupted, we experience balance, well-being and we are full of enthusiasm. Life’s challenges became easier to deal with, and your resistance to illnesses is much higher. When it becomes blocked or stagnant, it may show up as stress, emotional imbalance, discomfort, and you are more susceptible to disease. Reiki gently helps clear these blockages and restores a smooth, harmonious flow of energy throughout the body.

CHANNELING REIKI

A Reiki practitioner serves as a channel for universal life force energy. Rather than creating the energy themselves, the practitioner opens to receive and transmit it through their hands to the recipient. This intelligent energy naturally flows to where it is most needed, supporting the body’s innate ability to heal and return to balance.

When we are in need of healing, our energy often vibrates at a lower frequency due to stress, emotional pain, or physical imbalance. Reiki is aligned with universal life force energy and resonates at a high frequency infused with unconditional love. Through this loving resonance, Reiki gently lifts and harmonizes lower or weakened frequencies, encouraging them to realign with its higher vibration. This process brings the body, mind, and spirit back into greater harmony, supporting deep and natural healing.
