

220-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
The Moontara 220-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive, in-person program designed to prepare confident, skillful, and ethical yoga teachers.
Led by Cyn and Nesrin, this training blends classical yoga philosophy with modern anatomy, intelligent sequencing, nervous system education, and practical teaching methodology. It is a comprehensive education in how to teach safely, clearly, and with purpose.
Over 21 in-person weekends (Saturdays only), you will refine your personal practice, develop your teaching voice, and graduate with the tools to lead impactful classes in today’s yoga landscape.

• 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certification
• 20-Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (included)
• CPR Certification
• Optional Reiki Level One Attunement (complimentary for trainees — $440 value)
• Small cohort (maximum 12 students)
• In-person training held in Stouffville
